Surgery and the recovery process that follows can be challenging, which means patients need all the help they can get. Our visiting caregivers offer pre-surgery and post-surgery support.
We provide the following services:
- Reminding the client to take medication
- Bathing, Hair Washing and Shaving Assistance
- Assistance with clothing selection and dressing
- Organize appointments for the client
- Meal preparation and clean-Up after meals
- Mobility assistance
- Monitors and records vital signs
- Assist with toileting (use of bedpan, commode or toilet)
- Basic wound care
- Nail care/Skin care
- Arrange transportation to surgery appointments. (Before and After the Surgery)
